Overdraft Management
Overdraft anxiety? Consider Overdraft Management*
Life happens…and sometimes, so do unexpected bills, calculation errors, and financial emergencies. Even though there may be a cost, Overdraft Management can help reduce larger fees and avoid denied purchases.
Coverage options include:
Account Transfer Protection: Your first line of protection. If your checking account should run short, funds are automatically transferred from another one of your deposit accounts or line of credit.
$2 per transfer from a deposit account (savings, money market or checking): The $2 does not apply when transferring from a line of credit – corresponding interest is charged on the amount advanced. You must opt-in for this service.
Courtesy Pay: An extra layer of protection. If there are not enough available in your Account Transfer Protection options, we may cover the negative balance for a fee. Items are paid at our discretion. $32 per overdraft item per presentment.
Debit Card Authorization: Opt-in to authorize your debit card purchases at the time of sale, even if your account balance is running short. Authorization is at our discretion; a $32 fee at settlement is charged if your actual balance is insufficient.
Get protection and peace of mind with TCU’s Overdraft Management options.
