1 If you are scheduling your payment to be mailed via USPS, please keep in mind the possibility of mailing delays when scheduling your payment.
2 You may make your loan payment in person or by mail at no additional cost. If you request to make the payment with TCU member services assisting, we will still use the Online Loan Payment Service and you will be charged a $10.00 convenience fee per payment when using a debit card or ACH.
3 Loans excluded: Mortgages, Credit Cards, HELOCs, Commercial Loans/Lines, Unsecured Lines of Credit, Loans with balloon payments. Certain restrictions apply. Your skipped payment (including principal and interest) will be added to the end of your original loan term, extending the term by one month for each loan holiday approved. NOTE: If you have set up loan payments to transfer automatically each month from your TCU (or other financial institution's) account, you will need to turn off the automatic payment for the month you intend to skip.
