Online Banking

We're all about making things easy. After all, why write a check and stick it in the mail when you can simply go online and pay with a few clicks? Online Banking offers the easiest method to pay on any loan you have with TCU: mortgage, home equity, auto, personal loans and credit cards.

Ready to get started? Click the Login button on the page to sign-in to your Online Banking profile. If you're new to Online Banking, click Login and then select Enroll.

Pay by Debit Card or ACH

TCU loans can be paid using debit card or ACH from other banks or credit unions with TCU's new Online Loan Pay. There’s no charge for ACH payments and only a $8 fee to pay by debit card when you use the self-service tools.²

Make a one-time payment as needed, or schedule recurring payments, it’s your call. You can even choose to set up an account or pay as a guest. All you need is your member number and the last 5 digits of the primary member’s social security number to take advantage of this convenient service.

Bank by Phone

Easily transfer money to your TCU loan accounts through automated phone options:

Bank by Phone
Call (800) 284-4725 and follow the prompts to setup automated phone banking. Make sure to have your member number and 3-digit loan number available.

Skip a Payment

For just a $25 fee, you can defer your upcoming loan payment to catch up on other bills with Skip A Pay. You may even qualify to skip up to two payments during any 12-month period!³

Qualifications for a skip

Loan can’t be delinquent
Must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to the due date
Funds for the fee must be available
Only 2 skips allowed in a 12-month period

¹If you are scheduling your payment to be mailed via USPS, please keep in mind the possibility of mailing delays when scheduling your payment.

²You may make your loan payment in person or by mail at no additional cost. If you request to make the payment with TCU member services assisting, we will still use the Online Loan Payment Service and you will be charged a $10.00 convenience fee per payment when using a debit card or ACH.

³ Loans excluded: Mortgages, Credit Cards, HELOCs, Commercial Loans/Lines, Unsecured Lines of Credit, Loans with balloon payments. Certain restrictions apply. Your skipped payment (including principal and interest) will be added to the end of your original loan term, extending the term by one month for each loan holiday approved. NOTE: If you have set up loan payments to transfer automatically each month from your TCU (or other financial institution's) account, you will need to turn off the automatic payment for the month you intend to skip.
