eStatements

eStatements allow you to quickly access your monthly TCU account statements and other important eDocuments on your computer or mobile device. They're environmentally friendly, convenient, and let you track your family's spending patterns and fine-tune your budget.

Enrolling is Easy

For Personal Banking

  • Login to your online or mobile banking
  • Click/tap the My Documents tile on your home screen

If it's your first time here, the agreement/disclosure will automatically pop-up. Simply review and scroll down to the bottom of the agreement to select "Agree."

eStatement FAQs for Personal Banking

Click/tap the My Documents tile. Within the tile, you will see a list of your documents by date. Click/tap the paper icon to display your document details. A new tab will open and show your statement.

You will also find the following functionality:

In the upper righthand corner, you will see: MediaDocuments and Search

  • Click/tap Media to revert back to paper statements
  • Click/tap Documents to filter document types--you can sort by unread only or sort by newest to oldest/oldest to newest
  • Click/tap Search to choose your document view--the default view is the last 90 days; you can change it to the last 6 months, the last 1 Year, 2 Years or All Years.

In the upper left-hand corner, you will see a gear icon and a bell

  • Click/tap the gear icon to show the email address(es) you have on file
  • Click/tap the bell icon to show how many unread documents you have

You will receive an email notification each time your statement or other notice is waiting for you in Online Banking.

Click/tap the My Documents tile. Within the tile, you will see the option to set up the email where you would like to receive your eStatements. You will be prompted to re-enter your username/password.

Each eDocument will be available for 36 months from the date it's posted to Online Banking.

Absolutely! Here's how:

  • Credit Card statements will be found in your My Documents tile
  • There is also a shortcut to your credit card statements within your Credit Card Account tile

For Business Banking

  • Login to your online or mobile banking
  • Click/tap on the Menu, then click/tap Settings and select eDocuments

That's all there is to it! You're now enrolled in eStatements! You'll also receive other notices and documentation electronically.

eStatement FAQs for Business Banking

You will receive an email notification each time your statement or other notice is waiting for you in Online Banking.

Each eDocument will be available for 36 months from the date it's posted to Online Banking.

Follow these simple steps to change your email address for your eStatement and many other notices:

  • Select Settings from the Online Banking menu
  • Select eDocuments
  • Click the Settings tab
  • Click the link for Email Address

Note: This only changes your email address for eStatements and other eDocument notices. If you want to change your email address on your actual TCU membership:

  • Select Settings from the Online Banking menu
  • Click on Contact Information
  • Under Primary Email Address enter your new email address

View All  is a filtering option that allows you to sort through your available eStatements, mortgage statements or other notices. Selecting View All will display a list of all documents available for that specific document type. For example, when in the eStatements section, if you click View All on the line with your mortgage statement, a list of only your mortgage statements will be displayed.

Once you access eDocuments, click on the Other Documents tab and select the Reconcilement of Share Draft Checking Account link.

A current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.
