A personalized approach to ATMs with the option for a live teller!
TCU is rolling out a new interactive drive-up banking experience that provides the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a teller.
An ITM is an “interactive teller machine” that gives you the option to talk face-to-face with a teller as you complete your transaction, just like you would if you were inside the branch!
At first glance, an ITM looks like a regular ATM. But it does so much more! An ITM offers personal service when depositing or cashing checks, making a withdrawal, making a loan payment or transferring money.
Simply touch the screen to be connected to a live teller, or insert your card for an ATM transaction. Play the video below to learn more.
ITMs will be available between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. weekdays (8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays), which means you can get your personal banking done an hour earlier and an hour later than normal branch hours. And because each ITM is also an ATM, we’ll have more ATMs available so you can get your business done and get on your way even faster.
