Entries and Eligibility: Drawing is open to anyone who completes an automatic or manual entry anytime between 9:00 a.m. ET on January 17, 2023, and 5:00 p.m. ET on January 31, 2023. TCU will draw 1 winner. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. No purchase is necessary. Purchase or signing up for any services will not increase chances of winning. Employees of Teachers Credit Union or its subsidiaries and their immediate family members or persons living within the same household are not eligible.
Automatic Entries: An automatic entry into the drawing is received with a maximum of 1 entry per person, when the following steps are completed during the promotion period which begins on January 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends on January 31, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. ET
Step 1: Visit the TCU Personal Finance Program page and click on the “Financial Education Contest” incentive playlist. Within the playlist, click the “Start” button next to the first module listed. A login form will pop up asking for name, last name, email address and organization (if applicable). Complete the login form. Login is required for the contest.
Step 2: Complete all modules within the Financial Education Contest incentive playlist.

Step 3: Once the modules have been completed, click “Enter Now.” A pop-up window will prompt completion of the official contest entry form. Complete the form with your contact information for entry into the contest.
Manual Entries: By submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion period begins on January 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. and ends January 31, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. ET. This applies to entries actually received by the Credit Union during this period. An entry to enter this drawing to win this prize is based upon receipt of a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and email address. One entry per envelope for entries that are not automatic; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted; and the Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Manual entries must be mailed to Teachers Credit Union, Attn. Marketing--Financial Education Contest, 110 S. Main St. South Bend, IN 46601.

TCU will draw 1 winner. The drawing will be made by TCU officials whose decisions are final. The drawing will be held February 7, 2023, at 110 S Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The winner will be notified by email by the Credit Union. If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen. Entrants may request a list of the winner(s) by mailing Teachers Credit Union, Attn. Marketing--Financial Education Contest, 110 S. Main St. South Bend, IN 46601.
Winner Acceptance/Claiming Prize
No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. By accepting or claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. Winners may be asked to sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity. By acceptance of a prize, the winner agrees to give consent to publish the winner’s name, address, likeness, and prize information without additional compensation. If a prize notification is not accepted within 10 business days of notification, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid.
Release of Claims: All winners, winners within same household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
